Year Co-ordinators

The Year Co-ordinators have a key role in the care of students within a particular year level.

The co-ordinator oversees the welfare of the student in terms of personal, social and academic development and assists the Administration in caring for all students in the year level.

Their role includes :

- assisting in counselling students

- communicating with administration, parents, teachers and students

- arranging and co-ordinating year activities

- monitoring student behaviour

- co-ordinating students with special needs

- liaising with resource personnel (eg. Guidance Officer, Community Education Counsellor)

- assisting with student placement
